About this mod

Adds various lore friendly (we'll probably) psychic powers.

First off all - i maked this mod mostly for my own roleplay purposes because i wasn't satisfied realization of others psychic powers mods.

I tried to make all things like they mentioned in lore but most kinds of psychic powers mentioned only in original fallout in the form of four psykers, silenced by psychic nullificator and master himself.
So no other useful information there bun only that they have: Telepathic, Photo-Kinetic, Telekinetic, Pyrokinetic and Electrokinetic abilities and most of transformed psykers are suffers from mental disorders.
In FNV we have Forecaster who have some sort of "Clairvoyant" abilities. Also in Black Rock cave we have some nightkins who too have same sort of "Clairvoyant" abilities and one nightkin in novac who (propably) suffers from uncontrolable telepathic abilities in unmarked quest.
In F4 we have Lorenzo with his (Telekinetic ???) abilities.
Honestly most usefull information about how psychic works may be obtained only from Forecaster. 
He mentioned that he suffers from headaches using his powers.
When you ask him about how did he know all of this, he answers: Oh, I don't know anything, mister. I just think it, and then I don't. Which is at least some sort of description about how psychic works in Fallout Universe.


Summing it all up i made this:

All actions have fixed AP cost == 30 AP points
You cannot attack or perform any actions (if not mentioned exeption) with out AP.
All Psy attacks have no effect on you, meaning that you can't burn youself.
Keys for abilities can configurated in MCM menu.

Telepathic Abilities

(Weapon) "Think" about thoughts

(Main Attack) 80 damage Telepathic strike + 80 if target is unconscious or sleep. Deal no damage to robotic creatures.
(Q) Revulsion field - 80 damage around explosion + 80 if target is unconscious or sleep. Deal no damage to robotic creatures.
(X) Telepathic Concentration - Drains 10 AP per sec. Add Aditional 20 damage to standart attacks and unlocks alternative Aim attack.
(Aim + Main Attack) Telepathic Drain - Fatigue damage. Deal no damage to robotic creatures.
(Aim + Main Attack + Telepathic Concentration) Clowns is everywhere - Applies frenzy effect on targets. Deal no damage to robotic creatures.
(Sneak + Telepathic Concentration + Has Psy Mastery Perk) Clowns is everywhere (Sneak) - Applies frenzy effect. Deal no damage to robotic creatures. With No AP Cost.

Photo-Kinetic Abilities

(Weapon) "Think" about light

(Main Attack) Light strike - 100 damage + 80 aditional if you undetected.
(Q) Photo-Kinetic Cloak. Stealth boy effect with to sneak bonus. Drains 10 AP per sec.
(X) Photo-Kinetic Cleanzing. Cleans 10 rad per sec. Drains 10 AP per sec.
(Aim + Q) Supernova. Explosion 100 damage + 80 aditional if you undetected.

Telekinetic Abilities

(Weapon) "Think" about shifting

(Main Attack) Telekinetic strike - 30 damage and knockdown.
(Q) Telekinetic Blast - Explosion that deals 30 and knockdown enemy.
(X) Telekinetic Shield. 100 DR and 1000 DT. Drains 10 AP per sec. (Q: Is that is not OP? A: Well yes, but actualy no. You still need AP to peform any attack, so it's moustly for defence purpuses.
(Aim + Main Attack) Telekinetic grasp. Grasp your enemies and push them to yourself.

Pyrokinetic Abilities 

(Weapon) "Think" about fire

(Main Attack) Pyrokinetic strike - 120 damage .
(Q) Pyrokinetic Blast - 120 damage around explosion.
(X) Cook Craft Menu.
(Aim + Main Attack) Pyrokinetic ignition - 60 damage explosion.

Electrokinetic Abilities

(Weapon) "Think" about lightnings

(Main Attack) 80 damage Electrokinetic strike + 80 if target is robotic creature.
(Q) Electrokinetic Blast - 120 damage explosion.
(X) Charge Craft Menu.
(Aim + Main Attack) Applies frenzy effect on target if target is robotic creature.
(Sneak + Has Psy Mastery Perk + Creature IS Robot OR PA User) Short Circuit. Works just like Robotics Expert perk. Can be used on PA users. With No AP Cost.


***Damage values mentioned here are a final damage values that your psychic abilities will deal at level 7 of psychic control perk. Meaning that at lower levels of psychic control perk they will be lower.***


Clairvoyant Abilities

Uses Clairvoyant Psy Energy to craft. You will resive Clairvoyant Psy Energy One time per day.

(Aid) Think about future. Opens craft menu.

(Obtain wia Craft menu) "Think" about Things (Has Psy Mastery Perk)
Jury Rigging perk for 1 day.
(Obtain wia Craft menu) "Think" about Self
Light Touch perk + Regular Maintance* (Nerfed version 25% instead 50%)* for 1 day.
(Obtain wia Craft menu) "Think" about Others
Spray and Pray perk + Light Touch for 1 day.
(Obtain wia Craft menu) "Think" about Here (Has Rank 3 of Psychic Control Perk)
Rex ability to detect things + Light Step perk for 1 day.
(Obtain wia Craft menu) "Think" about Everywhere (Has Rank 3 of Psychic Control Perk)
Boone, EDE and Show HP/DT Perk for 1 day.

Perks and Traits

Psykers Blood - Easy start with psy abilities from begining of the game.
Psychic Theory - Level 14 Perk for 100 science/100 medicine and 9 Int. Will unlock craft F.E.V. serum that turn you into psyker. (Maybe later if i got a mood i'll make Psychic Enhancer to make this perk less useless for those who have obtained psychic power from Psykers Blood Trait.) Serum require 3 centaur blood and 1 stimpak to craft.
Psychic Control - Perk that increase damage of all your psychic powers and unlocks a new ones.
Psychic Mastery - Will be gained automatic after you reach Rank 7 of Psychic Control Perk.
Junkie Prophet - More bonuses for Clairvoyant Abilities if use chems.
Cringe named (Yeah, as much as other stuff here is not cringe named) level 50 perk with more even cringy icon - No food/sleep/water is more needed and you regen 3 HP per sec. Also You Immune to crits. Whill unlock to obtain only if you have Psychic Mastery Perk.

Buffs/Debaffs
Depression (-3 Charisma) - Will be obtained after using F.E.V. Serum with Headache.
Headache (Using Psy Powers will damage your head and health) - Will be obtained alone if you chosed Psykers Blood Trait.
Pyrokinetic Mastery - 60 fire resistance when you use Pyrokinetic Abilities
Telekinetic Mastery - 15 DT when you use Telekinetic Abilities
Photo-Kinetic Mastery - 30 Rad resistance when you use Photo-Kinetic Abilities


Note: Almost all code was written was written under Omnissiah guidance and blessing, which means that in most cases of crashes or any other errors - guilty is only you and your greed for gifts of the warp.

Known Bugs: Oh well... Did you read note? Hmm.. first of all it's micro fusion breeder as ammo type. Just don't ask why, it's just works. Second.. Yes.. I know that some time when orb is out it's can still glow. 3rd.. Some rare problem with projectail when it's don't show up on low AP but still deals damage.
