Changes the lore for the Star the Wandering Courier mod and lightly modifies the exterior of Vault 101.

Description
Changes the lore to the Star the wandering courier mod to be in my opinion more realistic for the fallout world. Also changes the exterior of vault 101 to better join the vault and the auxiliary location. The new lore explains that the vault 101 Auxiliary area was a side experiment for vault 101 to allow vault tech to download and upload peoples memories and allow subjects to become the person whose memories they downloaded. A small story is also told about the scientists that worked in this area and what became of them through the use of a terminal and set dressing.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything that does not edit the same area or mod.
Installation
Place the contents of the Data folder into your Data folder where you have New Vegas installed.
