Homemade Stimpaks & Expired Stimpaks will now appear in the weapon wheel.

Originally when using the two mods you would be able to use normal Stimpaks and Super Stimpaks in the wheel menu but you couldn't use the new additions. Now you can with this patch.

Compatibility
It should be compatible with everything but in the off chance this patch no longer works it would be best to check xEdit for conflicts.
