This mod makes it so that getting shot in the head at the start of the game now has real, lasting consequences. New game required.

You were carried from a shallow grave to the house of a small-town doctor, who most likely operated on you in his own house, without proper equipment, anesthetics, or assistance. You were extremely fortunate that you suffered no lasting consequences from all of this.
Well with this mod, no longer. Now, being shot in the head has left you with lasting brain damage. Upon starting a new game and completing the character creation process with this mod enabled, your character will immediately begin to suffer from all the negative effects of a crippled head, permanently and incurably. Perfect for you fans of ultra-immersive, ultra-hardcore gameplay.
