This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
This mod simply adds the palm trees from the Tops courtyard to the streets. Nothing more. I've seen strip overhauls add these trees and I've fallen in love with them. As simple as they are, they can make a big difference. I've had this mod private for a while but figured that others would enjoy this mod too.
