Interior rain sounds powered by Climate Control NVSE.
This an FNV port of a feature from True Weathers TTW which has additional exclusive features you won't find anywhere else. Don't use both mods at the same time.
This mainly covers Fallout 3 areas which made better use of acoustic spaces. I've added as much FNV support as I can.
