Replaces Dale Barton at the Legion Fort with a Decanus rank Legion member and upgrades his shop cuz i didn't like the vibe of a weirdo trader being allowed to be a stone toss away from Caesar himself and nobody even thinking for 10 seconds that he couldn't be used to assassinate him or some shit. Also his shop was petty so this dude sells the good shit (Balanced), just don't snitch on him, bruh..
