Idk why I've always like the borderlands style cel shaders......even though I've not played borderlands ever (I'm planning to play it).
This is my first mod. I was just messing with the settings in the reshade panel and accidentally made the perfect looking cel shader (in my opinion). The outlines are not that dark because it looks a bit too dark? idk how to say it. If you liked this mod then feel free to endorse it! idk if I will ever upload any other mod in future. Thanks for downloading !! have fun!!

Installation:
  • Download Reshade 4.9.1 here and run the exe.
  • Click on "Click here to select a game..."
  • Choose FalloutNV.exe, and click okay.
  • (If you already have Reshade installed for FNV, click "Update" next.)
  • Now check the boxes for these packages, then click okay:
    [x] Standard Effects
    [x] SweetFX by Ceejay.dk
    [x] Color Effects by prod80
    [x] AstrayFX by Blueskydefender
    [x] OtisFX by Otis Inf
  • Now select the shaders we need from each package.
    - From "SweetFX by Ceejay":
    [x] FXAA.fx
    [x] FakeHDR.fx
    [x] Tonemap.fx
    [x] DPX.fx
    [x] LumaSharpen.fx
    - From "Color effects by prod80":
    [x] PD8002_Bloom.fx
    [x] PD8004_Color_Temperature.fx
    - From "AstrayFX by BlueSkyDefender":
    [x] NFAA.fx
    - From "OtisFX by Otis Inf":
    [x] MultiLUT.fx
  • Extract the Borderlands Reshade ini file to your root FNV folder (where FalloutNV.exe is located).
  • Boot up the game. Press "Home" to open the Reshade menu. Skip the tutorial, and select "Borderlands 1.0"  near the top of the menu.
