Adds in the Laser CBW, a weapon that never left developmental/concept phase to Powder Ganger, NCR Trooper, Brotherhood Scribes, and Fiends loot tables,

In an attempt to dissect my favorite parts of Simply Uncut - New Vegas for personal usage, I've also decided to make public these dissected bits and pieces for the many who clamor for parts of SU NV who also do not want to use SU NV for one reason or another, which is valid considering the scope of SU NV.
In this installment, we take a look at the Laser CBW. This weapon's existence was confirmed solely by an icon in the files that uses the Laser RCW icon as a placeholder, so it was speculated as to what it could've been. Considering there are no basic energy holdout weapons in the game, it was purposed towards that. The Laser CBW is a small, concealable energy pistol that functions similarly to the Silenced .22 Pistol, except it's loud and is energy based. You can find it in Powder Ganger, NCR Trooper, Brotherhood Scribes, and Fiend loot tables. It can also be found in energy weapon vendor inventories.

This mod is opted in for DPs. However, all 100% DP profits will go to Type2Error for his work on this weapon and on Simply Uncut - New Vegas.
