Decided to fork it and add something that I felt it was missing - option to disable window ghosting AKA the "FalloutNV.exe is not responding" during loading screens. Disabled by default (Ironic). Also, the second reason for the upload is because people freak out when they are being told to install a SKSE mod for FNV.
Everything else (Border removal, priority changes, etc.) is functionally unchanged from the Skyrim release.
Keep in mind that using windowed mode in D3D9 and Vulkan leads to performance regressions and other issues - see here.
I may add something else to it someday, but at the time being I feel satisfied with its feature set. Cursor lock. Need to add cursor locking,
