In an attempt to dissect my favorite parts of Simply Uncut - New Vegas for personal usage, I've also decided to make public these dissected bits and pieces for the many who clamor for parts of SU NV who also do not want to use SU NV for one reason or another, which is valid considering the scope of SU NV.
In this installment, we take a look at the NCRCF Riot Helmet. The mod is simple in scope, a few Powder Gangers in vanilla use an empty level list that calls for a Vault Helmet. Putting two and two together, I realized they were intending to use the Vault Security Helmet as a Riot Helmet for the Powder Gangers. It makes sense, given it's design, but it never saw the light of day. This mod changes that. You'll begin to find random NCRCF Riot Helmets on the Powder Gangers, Mercenaries, and Prospectors upon installing this mod. Carter at the NCRCF is also guaranteed to sell one.
Use Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch if using Powder Ganger Balaclava.
Use Clear Security Helmet Visor to get rid of that ugly texture on the visor of the helmet in the pictures.
Not intended for use alongside Simply Uncut - New Vegas.
