Adds in the Powder Ganger Balaclava to the Powder Gangers, random Mercenaries, and random Prospectors.

In an attempt to dissect my favorite parts of Simply Uncut - New Vegas for personal usage, I've also decided to make public these dissected bits and pieces for the many who clamor for parts of SU NV who also do not want to use SU NV for one reason or another, which is valid considering the scope of SU NV.
In this installment, we take a look at the Powder Ganger Balaclava. The mod is simple in scope, the unused Balaclava that would've originally seen use in the Powder Ganger Simple Outfit as its own hat in Fallout: New Vegas. It can be found randomly on Powder Gangers, Mercenaries, and Prospectors. Carter at the NCRCF is also guaranteed to sell one.

This mod is opted in for DPs. However, all 100% DP profits will go to AusAllerWelt for her work on this piece of clothing and on Simply Uncut - New Vegas.
