A TTW compatible plugin replacer for the two popular mods - LOD Additions & Improvements & TCM's LOD Overhaul

Description
The original mods LOD Additions & Improvements & TCM's LOD Overhaul are a must have in my mod list. However, there were some plugin conflicts with Tale of Two Wastelands Hence, I decided to make a plugin replacer.
Installation
1. Install only the assets from LOD Additions & Improvements (see below)
2. Install only the assets from TCM's LOD Overhaul (see below)
3. Install my mod, activate it in Mod Organizer 2 (or whatever mod manager you use)
4. Go to WSG LOD Guide and follow all instructions EXCEPT "Installing LOD Resources" i.e. do the following -
5.a Installing xLODGen
5.b Running xLODGen
