This is my personal INI file that I've used and updated for about a year now, based on Qolore's INI for Viva New Vegas. It is meant to make the game more frustrating COOL by enabling the following:
  • Hide Unknown NPC Names
  • Jumping Costs AP
  • Jump While Aiming
  • Loot Unconscious Victims
  • Manual Reload
  • Max VATS Distance Uses Weapon Range
  • Movement Penalties
  • Remember Bobby Pin Health
  • Run Slower In Water
  • Free Wild Wasteland
  • Improved Weather
  • Light Step Affects Companions
  • NPCs Detect Mine Explosions
  • Detached Beams
  • Explosion Knockback Direction Fix
  • Fix Kill Challenge Source Weapon
  • More Precise Rad Meter
  • Mouse Wheel Scrolls Weapon Hotkeys
  • NPCs Drop Live Grenades
  • Keep Radio Position When Loading
  • Radio Static Decreases Song Volume
  • Remove Dead NPC Cripple Critical Messages
