I originally made this mod for personal use, but figured other people might enjoy it as well. If Ulysses is killed at the end of Lonesome Road, no one is there to see what you did, and subsequently spread the word to the various factions in the wasteland. I've also opted to make this effect the decision to not nuke anyone at all. Because of your anonymity, you will not receive any reputation bonuses or deductions for any faction after finishing LR.
I recommend using this along-side Patchy's Personalized Present, so you have various options in completing the dlc. Load my mod afterwards.
