Description:
Turns white icons into colored ones from mod Clean Vanilla Hud.
Requirements:
VUI+ or DarnUI
Fully compatible for TTW (but not required).
Recommendations:
If you are using the Clean Vanilla Hud mod and want the map icons to be colored, just install this mod last and agree to the overwrite.
In addition to these icons, you can also see my other mod Colorful Inventory Ycons.
Instructions:
For the icon colors to work properly, I recommend install Stewie's Tweaks, at nvse_stewie_tweaks.ini find line bAddRGBSliders = 0 and set the value to 1.
In the game settings, set the values as in the screenshot:
For VUI+ users, you can download the optional file to change the brightness of the map.
Or you can fix it yourself by opening "settings.xml":
find string ---> <_VUI+ShilohCleanPip> 0 </_VUI+ShilohCleanPip>
change the value to what you want, up to 127.
My file is set to 50, higher value ---> brighter map.
For DarnUI users, you can download the optional file to change the brightness of the map.
Or you can fix it yourself by opening "map_menu.xml":
find string ---> <hotrect name="MM_WorldMap_ParentImage">
change the value to what you want, up to 255 ---> <alpha> 128 </alpha>
My file is set to 185, higher value ---> brighter map.
