The exoskeleton was completely taken from the Enclave Bunker - Player Home mod and slightly edited.
Location: Victor's house, on the bed.
Uses one model for male and female characters, therefore looks very bad on women.

Exoskeletons are - a device designed to replenish lost functions, increase the strength(weight transfer increase) of human muscles and expand the amplitude of movements (Agility +1) due to the external frame and drive elements.
