Makes more weapons silent. Couldn't get some dlc cause Geck started saying too many masters and I kind of hate the dlcs anyways, got the most important one for weapons which is Gunrunners. .22 does 12 damage and .22smg does .13damage.
I'm thinking it might need WMX or idk why it's removing ability to mod for people. I don't think I've noticed this issue myself yet.
