The debug weapons container now actually contains all the weapons from the base game and DLCs.

Version 2 : Added weapon mods as well as some forgotten DLC weapons.
Following my Debug ammo container contains all ammo, this adds the numerous missing weapons in the vanilla debug weapons container, such as the gauss rifle, chainsaw, around 25 uniques that weren't in there for some reason, and more!
Spawn the container on you with "player.placeatme 8f7b9".
Can be safely merged with anything, because as far as I know nothing else edits those records.
