I found this in NH Arms, apparently this was a retexture made by CaBaL120, but it was never released on Nexus, I assume it was meant to be part of aMidianBorn NV Book Of Water.

Compatible with Menace of The New West, as long as you don't overwrite any of it's "_base models", which are the supermutant bare body parts, which means hide any of _base models in this mod, or load this mod before Menace of The New West, since then that mod's meshes will over-ride this mods meshes, which is what you want.
