Changes magazine sizes of a few weapons to match their real-life counterparts. No .esp, no conflicts.

Makes the following changes to magazine sizes:
Assault Carbine (standard, Lily's and GRA): 24->20 (extended mag is still 30)
Marksman Carbine (and All American): 24 -> 30
Silenced .22 SMG: 180 ->177 (extended mag 240 -> 275)
Silenced .22 Pistol: 16 -> 12
A Light Shining in Darkness: 6 -> 7
Light Machine Gun: 90 -> 100
Done with a scriptrunner, so no .esp and no conflicts. JIP LN NVSE Plugin and JohnnyGuitar NVSE.
