Overview
The conversion schematics for Mesmetron power cells in TTW only allows for converting small energy cells to Mesmetron power cells.
This mod makes it so you can convert Mesmetron cells to other energy ammo and vice versa if you have the schematics, in addition to adding the ability to recycle Mesmetron power cells. The cell conversion now has science skill requirements for consistency with other energy ammo conversion recipes.
