OVERVIEW:
There are a few other mods which provide you character build-based starting equipment, however I find them all much too generous for my liking with how they basically give you a fairly strong loadout for free. I'm the kind of guy who plays Deprived in the Souls games, I want to have to scrape and scrounge for anything I can get my hands on in the beginning. And so, this mod provides that sort of experience. Each tagged skill will only give you one or two different items at most. No armor except for the standard Vault suit will be provided. If you don't tag a weapon skill, don't expect to get any weapons, and all starter weapons are 0 skill requirement plus in a very low condition. Small bonuses are given for high attributes (8+ excluding Luck, it has it's own extra special bonus for being maxed out) in the form of a few extra chems, but that's it. In the spoiler text below is a full list of what all can be obtained, if you prefer to know that information ahead of time. It also details optional mod integrations.

Mod Integrations:
**These require JIP LN NVSE and JohnnyGuitarNVSE to function**
If JSawyer Ultimate Edition is installed, 9mm/22LR rounds will be replaced with their Junk equivalent, and Repair will grant you an Armor Repair Kit and a Weapon Repair Kit instead of only Weapon Repair Kits
If Better Hacking is installed, Science will grant Password Bypass x3 instead of Mentats
If you'd prefer to not have these mods be integrated, simply delete the associated files within the nvse/plugins/scripts folder.


For the TTW version, a few changes were made in order to stay "lore friendly" i.e. stuff you could have reasonably found inside the Vault. It's a little loose but, use your imagination.

NOTES:
-This was built for and requires New Vegas/TTW Quick Start. If you'd rather not use them for whatever reason then there are other options available to you such as Dynamic Starting Gear Overhaul or Wasteland Starting Gear DC
-TTW Quick Start Item Remover is HIGHLY recommended. A config file for it is included which removes as many items as possible, and the rest are removed via script. If you play without it, you will end up with a very strange collection of items at the start.
