Allows you to decapitate brahmins and to launch their heads at people so they puke to death!

This mod brings the cow heads from Postal 2 in Fallout: New Vegas!
First of all, you will have to pass your Brahmin Relocation engineering degree, this perk requires Level 10, Strength 7, Explosives 35 and Science 35.
Collecting brahmin heads is not enough, as anthrax is non-canon in the Fallout Universe, you'll need some dynamite powder and detergent to accelerate rotting and turning them into deadly weapons.
When thrown on the ground, it will make an orange mist spew from the head for 35 seconds, causing surrounding NPCs to panic and eventually throw up blood before dying. If the player walks into the orange mist, they health will rapidly decrease.
The player can also shot the head to blow it up and cause more people to vomit spontaneously! Trying to "aim" with a cow head in hands will drop it on the floor, allowing carnage from a distance.
TO-DO LIST
- Engine limitations prevent the creation of persistent puddles of vomit like in Postal 2, for now the vomit disappears as soon as the NPC dies. I'll find a way to circumvent this!

RECOMMENDATIONS
HUD Only Explosion Shake : Remove the camera shake when an explosion occurs.
I also recommand disabling killcams in the game settings, they are very annoying in my opinion!
