About this mod

Merges my smaller TTW mods into a collection of miscellaneous tweaks for TTW. Also includes some new tweaks. Fully customizable using a config file.

==Overview==
A very simple collection of miscellaneous tweaks to TTW.

This mod also includes Defender Morgan Stand Still (TTW), but instead of script runner it is a hard edit to Defender Morgan's ai package. Since this seemed more like an oversight Bethesda made when making FO3, it's more  of a fix than a tweak, and not included in the config file.

Tweaks that used to be a separate mod have hyperlinks to the original mod. I would recommend uninstalling the original mod if you are going to use this mod.

Note: Settings that affect what armor or weapons NPCs use may not take effect until after they respawn or their cell resets if loaded on a preexisting save


bBosCombatArmor
 Lower leveled Brotherhood patrols have a chance to spawn wearing combat armor instead of power armor.
 The Combat Armor comes with a custom BoS texture

bEnclaveCeasefire
 the Enclave in the Capital Wasteland will stop being hostile to the player should they:
 1. convince Autumn to walk away at Project Purity
 2. infect Project Purity with the FEV
 3. destroy the Citadel.
 Will work retroactively when installed with preexisting saves if you did any of these actions.
 If the Enclave stop being hostile by doing either 1 or 2, they will become hostile again if you continue to help the Brotherhood in the Broken Steel DLC and start the quest "Death from Above."
 You can get them to stop being hostile again if you destroy the Citadel at the end of "Who Dares Win."

bBosNoPlasma
 Removes plasma weapons from the Brotherhood's weapon leveled lists then adds them back after you complete "Take It Back."
 Don't enable this if you are loading a save in which you have already beaten "Take It Back"

bBosSawbones
 Gives Sawbones a Brotherhood paintjob
 No need to enable this if you have Rebuild the Capital. This feature is already included in RtC

bCrossCountryFastTravel
  Allows you to travel back and forth between the Mojave and Capital Wasteland using map markers.
  You have to the travel to the Mojave the normal way before these map markers will be added.

bRepublicOfDaveRenamer
 Will rename the Map Marker, the Interiors (except for the Museum of Dave since I don't think Shawna would rename that) depending on who wins the election.

iTalonCompanyContract
 Upon taking the Contract Killer Perk, Talon Company Mercs will not attack you
if set to 2, you must have very evil karma and the Contract Killer perk

bServiceRifleSemi
 Makes the Service Rifle semi-automatic like in Vanilla.

bEnclaveEviction
 If you destroy the Mobile Base Crawler at the end of "Who Dares Win," the Enclave Encampments in the wasteland are disabled
 No need to enable this if you have Rebuild the Capital. This feature is already included in RtC

bAtomConfront
 If Confessor Cromwell detects you diffusing the Megaton bomb, he will confront you

 Reduces the Loot Spawn rate for Nuka-Cola Vending Machines, including reduced amount of Nuka-Cola and Liquid Nitrogen

 Stops Talon Company and Regulator karma hit squads from spawning.

bNoRandomEncounters
 Stops random encounters from triggering (if for whatever reason you want that)
 Once this tweak is enabled, keep it enabled for the remainder of the playthrough. Disabling this Tweak mid save will reset all encounters which may have unpredictable results

bNoEyebotVertibirds
 Disables the chance of destroyed eyebots spawning in an Enclave vertibird that lands Enclave troopers.

 Disables Pony Express Boxes

 If an NPC is wearing power armor when they die, the power armor breaks
 If set to 2, all armor breaks on death, not just power armor

 Allows you to use paint guns to retexture power armor
 Useful if you have enabled any of the custom power armor tweaks above, as you will need to paint the modded power armor into vanilla power armor before you can turn them into Casdin
 Currently allows you to repaint T-45d, T-51b, Enclave, and Hellfire power armor
 You cannot paint unique power armor like the Winterized T51b or Ashur's power armor
 Also, does not work with power armor added by other mods, but someone could easily make a patch if they wanted to

 A Regulator Represenative and Littlehorn & Associates Rep can be found in the Mojave. You can give them fingers/ears.
 The Regulator can be found at the 188 Trade Post. The Littlehorn Rep can be found at the Atomic Wrangler

 If enabled, wearing the ghoul mask also makes super mutants friendly
 If you enable this setting, then later disable it, make sure you aren't wearing the mask or else super mutants will stay friendly   even with it off

In vanilla, there is a regular T-45d PA Helmet and a Brotherhood T-45d PA Helmet. They have the same model and stats. BoS Soldiers have chance to spawn wearing either
If set to 1, the BoS T45d Helmet is given a new model
If set to 2, the BoS T45d Helmet is given a new model and a new object effect (+1 Perception)
If set to 3, instead of the BoS variant, the regular T45d helmet is given the new model
If set to 4, the regular T45d helmet is given a new model and a new effect (+1 Perception)

Gives the salvaged power armor helmet a new model instead of using the t45d helmet model

bRaiderPowerArmor
High level raiders have a chance to spawn wearing a factionless variant of salvaged power armor

In vanilla, Enclave at checkpoints are Tier 2 spawns or higher
This will add a chance for lower level Enclave to spawn at Checkpoints (those wearing Enclave Power Armor aka Remnants PA)
Mainly meant to add more variety to Enclave Spawns

This allows you to skip the mission with the Ranger and the slave collar
The dialogue option appears if you have been added to the East Coast BoS Faction which happens after you complete Take it Back and talk with Elder Lyons after you wake up

If you are playing with Rebuild the Capital, these slaves will be disabled if you decided to end slavery and destroy Paradise Falls

If you tell Veronica she should leave the Mojave Brotherhood and join the Followers, a new dialogue option will appear after the massacre at the Followers Outpost
You can tell her she should join the East Coast Brotherhood
This will give you the "Reforged Steel" perk which gives Veronica +2 DT and increases her unarmed attack speed by 15%
Includes a new endslide for Veronica
When in the Capital Wasteland, Veronica's home marker will be changed from Megaton to Project Purity
She will still be considered "exiled" from the Mojave chapter
If you are playing with FPGE, she can be found at Project Purity and can continue to be a companion
The dialogue option appears if you have been added to the East Coast BoS Faction which happens after you complete Take it Back and talk with Elder Lyons after you wake up

When you leave the Raven Rock Control room after speaking with Eden and the Enclave start fighting each other, the player will become an enemy again

iNoFactionBoSArmor
removes the faction armor script from Brotherhood faction outfits so you can wear it without being spammed with messages
this also means companions can wear brotherhood faction outfits
enabling this will also mean wearing a BoS Power Armor won't result in the NCR attacking you if you are in the Mojave, but you could disable this setting after you travel to the Mojave
setting this to 2 will disable the disguise system for all faction outfits
Make sure you are not any faction outfits when changing this setting on a preexisting save

bOutcastTechMenu
Replaces the Casdin's dialogue choices for turning in tech with a scripted menu
Allows you to turn in tech from the mods:
    Tweaks for TTW
    Rebuild the Capital
    Classic Fallout Weapons Remastered
    CarlZee's Weapon Pack

bRegulatorBounties
Adds a simple and dynamic bounty system for the Regulators
currently not compatible with Rebuild the Capital/Claim the Capital as there is a risk of bounties spawning in locations you claimed
if you are using those mods, disable this setting before starting their content
be sure to finish any active bounties before disabling this setting mid playthrough
you will not be given Enclave bounties if they are not hostile to you (bEnclaveCeasefire)  or if their encampments are disbaled

bDogmeatTrade
Allows you to trade with Dogmeat

bDismissedNotFired
Changes the "Fired" topic for fo3 companions to be more like the dismissal topic for fnv companions
i.e. "It's time for us to part ways" instead of "You're fired"

bUniqueRL3
gives RL3 the Mister Gutsy texture from Operation Anchorage so he stands out from other Mister Gutsies

bRoboticsExpertRL3
if you have the robotics expert perk, you can hire RL3 no matter what your karma is via a dialogue check

bSilentTrade
Companions do not speak when you trade with them
only applies to FNV and FO3 Companions, not modded companions

All tweaks are disabled by default. You will need to use the config file to enable the tweaks you want to use.
