Basically, a Doc Mitchell face preset for the mod Character Preset Menu. Read below how to proper install.

Installation:
You first have to make sure you have Character Preset Menu installed. (You will also need winrar ?)
Under your NV data folder, there is a folder called RaceMenuPresets. Simply download the file for this mod, and copy and paste it into the folder. Easy peasy.
Should work. If not, not my problem ? (please do tell me if it does not work for whatever reason ?)
There are likely other mods that do the exact same thing, but wanted to give this resource so you can properly play as the Doc. This is the exact copy of Doc Mitchell's face.
