Overhauls 35 junk items to have different prices based on how valuable they'd be in a living world. Pre-War books range from 2 to 10 caps, burnt books 1 to 4, cigerettes are worth 2 caps so you can sell loosies. Takes into account item rarity in game.

Looting is one of the biggest parts of Fallout, yet a large chunk of items are basically worthless if you aren't playing a crafting focused character. Additionally, they don't make much sense if the world of Fallout is an alive world. This could also be useful for rebalancing carry weight. Examples and Justifications
-Flour was 1 cap, is now 8 caps. Bread is a staple food, flour has been used as a key cooking ingredient for centuries, corn, wheat, oat, etc.
-Red Plates were 1 cap, now 8 caps Nuka Cola themed plates would be more valuable for collectors and decor wise by actual people. Also, the least common plate in the game.
-Books now vary in value. Assuming every book is supposed to be a different book, it makes sense some would be more common than others, prices vary to reflect that. Also, gives players more reason to care when there's a bunch of books for clutter.
-Harmonica was 3 caps, now 12 caps. A small musical instrument? Extremely liked by IRL backpackers and survivalists already, makes sense it would be worth a bit more.
Total of 35 items have been changed. Only values have been edited. Readme file included with complete list of changes.
