Small patch that removes the original UltraJet recipe from the CHEMS Basic recipe list, moves one from the UltraJetRecipe mod to the chem station list and fixes bugged science requirement.

As per description - in the original mod the recipe actually requires 0 science instead of 60 intended by the author. I "nerfed" it so that it requires 75 science (along with the proper recipe as in the original mod) so that it stays consistent with rest of the recipes found in CHEMS (Rocket requires 50 science for example).
Should be compatible with anything BUT the mods that would for some reason change player race into unplayable one (in order to "hide" the CHEMS UltraJet recipe from the menu Im checking is player is of a playable race, if so then the recipe is not unlocked - it was fastest way for me to do it and I figured it should have the lowest chance of being interfered with by any other mod).
