Adds a PCC (Pistol-Caliber-Carbine) chambered in 9mm into the game

Hello and thank you for taking a look at my Mod!
This Mod adds an 9mm PCC based on the Glock Carbine Kit, manufactured by MechTech.
The weapon has the option to be modified, using a 10mm-SMG extended magazine, a 10mm Pistol Supressor and/or a Hunting Rifle Scope
I decided to place it on Doc Mitchells examination table right next to the bed you wake up in

Installation: Download the mod and place everything into your data folder
