Rebalances several New Vegas creatures and robots.

A lite difficulty mod to compliment my other rebalance mods. I tried mitigate the weaknesses of several creatures and even restored some cut content along the way.

===== Creatures =====

[Ants]

Fire Ant Queen - Restoration is included.

Ant Worker:
Fire Damage: 2 > 12

Ant Soldier:
Fire Damage: 4 > 24

[Bighorners]
DT: +6
Damage to Head: x2 > x1.5

Bighorner Bull:
HP: 120 > 200

Bloatfly:
HP: 15 > 30
-Bloatfly darts now deal 2 Poison Damage for 10 seconds.

Cazador:
DT: +12
Damage to Wings: x1 > x0.66
Damage: to Antenna: x1 > x0.66

[Feral Ghouls]:
-All Feral Ghouls do Radiation damage when they hit you:

Feral Ghoul: 10
Feral Ghoul Roamer: 20
Feral Ghoul Reaver: 40
Glowing Ones: They retain their Radiation Burst, but it does 75 Radiation damage instead of 50. It also has twice the range and damage.

Glowing One Trooper:
DT: +10
DR: +5
-JSawyer NCR Armor stats.

Reaver:
DT: +12
DR: +10
-JSawyer Metal Armor stats.

[Geckos]

Fire Gecko:
DT: +4

Golden Gecko:
DT: +6

Green Gecko:
DT: +8

-Restores its unused poison touch with my own change to it.

Cut version:
1 HP for 60 seconds
-2 Strength for 60 seconds

New:
1 HP for 60 seconds
-2 Endurance for 60 seconds
(2 Strength sounds really annoying for hoarders.)

[Giant Mantis]
Movement Speed: +20%
(Movement speed bonus matches the Zion Valley Giant Mantis).

Giant Mantis Female:
Health: 50 > 120
Damage: 40 > 110
(Health and Damage matches the Zion Valley Giant Mantis).

-Mantis Forelegs now drop as a Food item instead of a Misc item.

Night Stalker:
DT: +8

Radroach:
-They are now cowards and don't attack the player. They will also respawn after 3 days like the annoying buggers they are.

[Radscorpions]

Small Radscorpion:
DT: 5 > 6

Bark Scorpion:
DT: 2 > 6

Radscorpion:
DT: 5 > 12

Giant Radscorpion
DT: 18
-No change

Radscorpion Queen:
DT: 18 > 24
DR: +25%
Health: 200 > 600
-Radscorpion Queens can now respawn.
-They drop a new item.

Rich Queen Venom:
Effect: Poison Resistance +85%, Damage +25%, Agility -3
Duration: 4 Minutes

===== Robots =====

-All robots have +25% Damage Resistance
-Lots of robot weapons have been buffed. Their Miniguns and Gatling Lasers usually do significantly less damage than the players. That is no more.
-Robots will now respawn at Helios One, Repconn HQ and Sunset Sarsaparilla Headquarters. This allows you to gather resources like Fission Batteries and complete various robot challenges easier.

Mr. Handy:

[Sentry Bots]

Sentry Bot:

(It didn't have DT, what the hell?)

Protectron:
DT: 8 > 15
HP: 45 > 75

Robobrain:
DT: 15 > 20
HP: 125 > 225

Securitron:
DT: 20 > 30

Securitron MKII:

[Legendary Bosses]
-Credits to Yamatohime for the ideas.

Legendary Cazador:
DT: 0 > 12
Health: 400 > 1200
Poison Damage: x2
Damage to wings and antenna: 1/3

Legendary Deathclaw:
Health: 1000 > 2000
Damage: 250 > 500

Legendary Fire Gecko:
Health: 385 > 1000
Fire Damage: x2

Legendary Night Stalker:
Health: 250 > 800
Damage: 100 > 140
Movement Speed: +50%
-Added invisibility.

Legendary Bloatfly:
-Added a blast radius to its Plasma Beam. It's terrifying.

Extra:

[Antivenom]

-Antivenom's recipe was changed
Old: 2 Radscorpion Poison Glands + 1 Nightstalker Blood = 2 Antivenom
New: 2 Radscorpion Poison Glands + 2 Barkscorpion Poison Glands = 2 Antivenom

-Nightstalker Blood was ommited because Nightstalkers are a part of Animal Friend.
-While New Vegas was in development, there were ideas to have different Antivemon per creature. Bark Scorpions were one of these creatures so it felt like a fitting replacement.
