Gives the Courier Armors from the Canon Courier Armor patch the same stats and bonuses as the NCR Ranger Combat Armor in JSawyer mod. Gives the Courier Hats the same stats and bonuses as the 1st Recon Beret in vanilla\JSawyer.

I love the Canon Courier Armor mod, but using it in JSawyer Ultimate playthrough means losing out on +10 to Guns from Combat Ranger Armor, as well as the PER+1 and bonus Critical Chance from the hat. So I created a small patch that gives the modded items similar stats to the one they replace in my build. And it actually makes sense, since you need the Ranger Combat Armor to craft Courier Armor.
In the current version, the stats are:
If I don't forget, I'll upload another version that removes the critical chance bonus from the hat and makes it a true counterpart to the Brown Ranger Hat: DR 0, DT 0, PER +1, Crit. Chan. +5.

- Courier Armor (all types): DR 12, DT 20, Crit. Chance +3, Guns +10;
- Courier Hat (all types): DR 0, DT 0, PER +1, Crit. Chan. +5.
