Edits Raider/Fiend leveled-lists to make Flamers a more common occurrence in combat.
Uses JIP LN Script Runner.

It makes raiders unique compared to Powder Gangers, the Legion, or NCR.

They're crazy, they're desperate, so they rely in brutality and fear to get what they need to survive from travellers and the flamethrower represents that and even makes it a thing in gameplay. It was a happy little accident, but I kind of love it.

Inspired by DiscoInferno's experimentation with BURN and the old Homemade Flamethrower mod, I wanted to create a vanilla-friendly and lightweight mod that makes a similar change to the leveled lists--now using modern modding techniques that avoid the save-bloating AddItemToLeveledList function.

Overview:
You'll now be more likely to see Vipers, Jackals, and Fiends toting around with Flamers.

Customization:
Implemented with an ESP-free scriptrunner. If you think Flamers are too common or think a certain faction shouldn't have the extra Flamers, you can easily edit the script by deleting one of the lines in the .txt file.

Taking the "Terrifying Presence" perk provides a chance to 'taunt' after dismembering an enemy, sending their teammates fleeing for a few seconds.

Disables Hitsquads from spawning. Also an optional file that places a mine at the feet of any Legion Assassins that spawn.
Precipitous Punga Pulling - TTW
Harvesting Punga Fruit in Point Lookout now has a 50% chance of failure.
