A detailed player home added to the El Rey Motel!

The El Rey Motel is OPEN FOR BUSINESS

This Mod adds a brand new, detailed room to the El Rey Motel Location, fit with a workbench, reloading station, LOTS of storage and even some GOODIES!
Along with the introduction of a brand new interior, this mod allows for the player to have a lore friendly and balanced (maybe) base of operations to store their items, rest or just relax from the dangers of the Mojave.
Additionally, for all my lore-lovers out there, you can find a few notes within the room that tells the story of the previous occupant. Reading these notes will give you an insight into who the previous occupant was and why the Motel room contains the items and furniture that it does!
