Have you ever wondered why the roof of the Silver Rush is so empty? I dont have the answer to that but what I can offer you is a mod that adds some life to the Silver Rushs roof, complete with sandbags, plasma weapons and mean guards!

The second floor/roof on the outside of the Silver Rush looks too empty ingame so I added a few Van Graff Thugs, some sandbags and energy weapons up there. Took a little over an hour but it was worth it for that extra bit of immersion.
P.S.: If you want a small additon or something added to a location shoot me a comment/pm and ill probably do it.
