In short, I moved around a body, added three different work benches (reloading, workbench, hot plate), and failed to restore the "drink" capability of two sinks. That's literally it. You now can live in old doc's home and make it your own in a horrific wasteland.
Oh and I added a footlocker next to the bed. None of the containers respawn.
I added one more locker, a toolbox, and another ammo box in the last version. I am sorry I cannot restore the drink capability of the sink, it is beyond my pathetic abilities to use the GECK.
