Fixes the AP cost on the perk "Ain't Like That Now" from Lonesome Road.
A long explanation would be, inside of the perk in FNVEdit or the GECK there is a hidden effect that is basically dormant, all it does is reduce AP cost of all weapons by 20% while in VATS, although due to the entry point it is using in base game, being "Calculate Action Point Cost", it only works outside of VATS which makes it useless, switching the entry point to "Action Point Cost" fixes this, which is what this does.
