No Snow in Globes - Snowglobe Performance https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68339
No work is used from this file, but studying the nifs taught me how to remove the particle emitter controllers to stop particle effects. The rest is my own work.

Changelogs
Version 1.0
Initial Issue
Simple modders resource.
By default, Snowglobe meshes have particle emitters which are animated, and produce the "snow effect". Additionally, (probably because of the particles), their motion systems are NOT set to be "fixed". This means that even when you define a static in the GECK, It will STILL be havokable.
I have stripped both the particle emitters AND changed the motion systems so that you can use these as true statics.
Performance AND physics friendly.
There is a replacer version, and a NON replacer version.
The replacer version WILL make it so that your misc item snowglobes hang in mid air if you drop them! I do NOT recommend using it, but if you're a person who does nothing other than pick up a snowglobe and turn it straight into Jane, you may get some utility out of it.
The resource variant is all 11 snowglobes from the vanilla game AND DLCs bundled into one folder that doesn't conflict with the default paths. You can use these in any mod of your choosing.
