finally finished fallout 3 so i figured i'd get around to releasing this.
the female uniform uses a slightly modified version of izumiko's T6M gambler female suit adjusted to better fit the vanilla body. adds +1 intelligence. leveled list integration is ripped straight from sweet6shooter's nif bashed armor patch so if you're familiar with that mod you'll find my private school outfit anywhere you'd find tammer's academic outfit, which is (i think) anywhere you'd find pre-war outfits.
