The version that really wait for 5 days after existing the vault. Require JIP LN NVSE Plugin which already require for TTW.
Due to the permission, I can't publish the replacement here. So you need the original file, extract my file, put original esp in the same folder as my extracted files, run patch.bat. No voice included since it's count as Fallout 3 files so I don't think I can includ them. But you can make them yourself using Lazy Voice Finder
Now the mod will remember the date when Player exist the vault and use that date to calculate when Trouble on the Homefront will be start. Come with Dialogs fixed. If install midgame, you would have to wait for 5 days after the mod installed.
Its funny cuz I always play Trouble on the Homefront as the last mission I do in Fallout 3. It always seemed like a nice epilogue quest before heading into New Vegas. Could you make another mod that pushes back Trouble on the Homefront until after The Broken Steel quest Who Dares Wins?

Also, the new dialogs won't show due to the old dialogs don't have a condition to hide themselves.
