Overview Fallout 3 made the Mr. Gutsies act and sound like a badass drill sergeant à la R. Lee Ermey, but in Fallout: New Vegas their voices were dumbed down to their high-pitched ones to the point they sound too silly and goofy for a supposedly badass character. Basically, what this mod does is that it reduces the pitch of their voices so they sound a lot more manly and less laughable, as they should be. That's pretty much it. I haven't seen anybody make a mod like this, so I did.
