Replaces the Mr. Handy given to NCR Tourists as "protection" with Mr. Gutsy Mk 1 from Old World Blues, significantly increasing the survivability of both the robot and their charges.

Once more, this is a minor annoyance that led to a tweak. However, THIS time, Sweet6Shooter has given me permission to merge her TLD Leveled List changes in with this one, significantly improving the balance of not just the tourists, but everyone else as well. As such, I proudly present a joint effort between us.
