Reduces the message timer of messages from My First Infirmary and My First Laboratory to 1 second instead of 10.

I've always felt the messages from the My First Infirmary and My First Laboratory stuck around too long. I opted to keep them instead of remove them completely just in-case you forgot what you just did with it, and instead reduce the time the messages stay from 10 seconds to 1 second.
The messages I mean are the ones you get after using it, which are the following:
"Health fully restored."
"All disabled body parts fully restored."
"All radiation removed."
and as for the My First Laboratory:
"Addictions removed." (this was changed from "You have been fully detoxified." in TTW, but it'll be the TTW message since this mod overrides it to reduce the timer.)
While this was made with TTW in mind, it's not actually required. So if you have a mod that restores the MFI and/or MFL, it'll work with those as well, and you don't need TTW installed.
