About this mod

Part of my "AmmoCraft" series. Properly reduces the excessive spawning of guns on dead bodies, and inside of containers and on merchants

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This clean and safe mod properly stops guns from spawning on every single armed enemy you kill. Though enemies still use the same weapons. They are just not lootable from their corpse, most of the time.

Guns are not excessive trash anymore.

But there is still a percent-based chance a gun can spawn on a dead enemy, or inside a container, though its very low. But definitely not impossible. Just properly balanced now.
The same chance applies to vendors who sell guns, so you will often not see them selling any guns, but there is still a low possibility they will.

The only way to obtain a gun is by properly finding it through exploration.
Many guns are placed naturally in the game, like a 10mm Pistol sitting on a table in some persons home. So I did not touch any of this, all of the original hand-placed weapons are still there.
All the various weapon types can be found through natural exploration.
Named NPCs such as bosses always drop their weapon, and unique weapons also always drop.

The value of guns have also been increased, to reflect their rarity.
I kept the same exact formula for prices, just added an extra zero to them, so the original intended value remains the same, but with an added zero to the number.

This mod is in BETA only because its impossible for me to test all the NPCs in the entire game.
Thats where you come in.
Most of the mod should work perfectly as intended. The only possible problem might be encountering an NPC who is not using a weapon. This should be very rare. But I need to know if you do. Its not a problem with the chance for weapons to spawn, but a problem with the Ai and needs to be edited.
This mod is also safe, you can install or uninstall it anytime you wish, there is no scripting, so there is nothing to lose.

If you find an NPC who is not behaving properly please report him in the comments section.
Be sure to include the exact name of the NPC (such as "Legionary Recruit", or "Viper Gang Member", or "Benny", or any NPC with a unique name)
And also include the location of the NPC. Try to be as descriptive as possible. But the name and location are most important.

This is also the only mod of its kind for all Bethesda games, as of writing this.

Installation

Always ensure my mods are loaded last in your load order, especially after anything which edits any Leveled Lists.
You may have to sleep 72+ hours for a cell reset if you install this in the middle of any current playthrough. Though you do not have to do this if starting a new game.

Be sure to check out my other AmmoCraft mods, which also reduce the spawn rate of ammunition and also include the ability to craft all ammunition from scratch. Everything is optional (including this mod), and can be used independently without the need for any other mod.

And don't forget to check out the ChemCraft series too!

This mod requires DLC
