Replaces every terminal in repconn hq and repcon test site basement broken or otherwise as well as a few ncr terminals.
Cannot replace the ones on the Repconn test site facility floor and research floor because the geck keeps crashing upon loading those cells does not crash in game though which is weird and unfortunately I don't have time to figure out what is causing the crashes so those floors will unfortunately have to wait.
