First release
Brings some life to the Street Vendor. Because some of you asked for it, this is a sort of remake of the street vendor part from Lively Gourmand And Street Vendor Stall mod. I decide to use the same stall model because it is damn cool. But I've redone other things differently so they look, in my opinion, more lore friendly. The stall is the only new element added, all others are vanilla. Because the mod directly edits the street vendor NPC, you could need a provided patch or to create a patch for NPC overhaul mods.
