No ESP. Makes Qolore's Simple Interior Lighting Overhaul not break the TTW intro or Tranquility Lane interiors.

Normally SILO will mess with the interior imagespace in Tranquility Lane, removing the black and white style found in that worldspace.
It also can make the FO3 intro birthing scene overly dark and hard to make out details.
All this does is revert the saturation changes on Tranquility Lane's imagespace.
It also reverts the contrast changes in the Vault imagespace on a new game.
Requirement: Simple Interior Lighting Overhaul and all of its requirements, as well as Tale of Two Wastelands.
Installation: Install normally with your mod manager.
Note: This patch is only needed if you use TTW.
