Overview
Did you know Old World Blues was originally supposed to include a modified Nuka-Cola vending machine in the Sink? You would've been able use the machine to buy variants of Nuka-Cola, including Quantum which was rarely used in New Vegas.
The machine would've had a limit on how many Nuka-Cola bottles can be bought (2, to be exact), after that the machine had to restock before it can be used again. It was cut out but the code for this can be found in the game files. However, it seemed to be incomplete when restoring, the script is disabled and when enabled back you can buy any bottles you want with no limit whatsoever.
This mod restores the vending machine along with improving the code so the machine will properly count how many bottles are left before it has to restock. It replaces the existing Nuka-Cola vending machine in the Sink.
