Overview:
After my dissatisfaction with all of the grenade hotkey mods, I decided to make my own. This mod simply provides three hotkeys to equip weapons of your choice, which then equip the previous weapon you had out if you press them again.
This mod does not throw/attack with the weapon that's hotkeyed. It just provides the weapon to you to use with your own discretion at the push of a button.

Features:
Three hotkeys that you can remap as you please in the config ini.

The hotkey weapons are set by pressing the relevant hotkey while holding the "grab" control. A message will appear, telling you that the weapon has been hotkeyed.

Unlike most other scripted equipping events, the hotkey will re-equip the exact weapon you hotkeyed (except for in the case of throwables, where that doesn't matter, since they always have full health and can't be modded). Whether it's the highest or lowest condition version of the item you're holding, whether it's partially or fully modded - the specific weapon you hotkey will be the one re-equipped.

If you press the hotkey with a different weapon (or no weapon) equipped, it will immediately switch you to the hotkeyed weapon. Pressing it again while the hotkeyed weapon is equipped will re-equip your previous weapon.

Any weapon can be hotkeyed. This was build to provide utility for throwables, mines, and to provide a quick-switch option for a backup (or primary) melee weapon, but I decided to leave it up to user discretion instead of locking to to those item types.

There is also an optional equip speed boost of 40% that will apply when you switch using a hotkey. This is meant to push throwables even closer to their utility with things like B42 Quickthrow, but without the bugs that come with non-user equipped and controlled throwable mods. This can be turned off in the config ini.

I've also added the classic perk Quick Pockets:
Req: AGI 4+, 25+ in any weapon skill
You have learned to better store your equipment on your person. This perk grants +20% equip speed and +40% attack speed for a few seconds after using a quick hotkey.
--This is intended for use with the optional equip speed boost. If you don't have it enabled, the perk will not work. As such, the perk won't be selectable if that setting is turned off.

Customization:
The keys are "named" iHotkeyMine, iHotkeyThrowable, and iHotkeyMelee, but they're entirely interchangeable. They're just there to help you remember what you might generally hotkey to what.
See this GECK wiki page for a list of the integers that correspond with each key. Defaults are Numpad 1/2/3; I'll likely change these defaults eventually.

Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:
Regular installation. Reset your config ini on update.

Compatibility:
Shouldn't have issues with anything, though this generally shouldn't be used with another grenade hotkey or quickthrow mod. Doing so will likely work out fine, but it's not supported.

Limitations:
None.

Questions:
I don't like the equip speed increase for the hotkeys, can you remove it?

Read the whole description. Try not to skip words this time.
Can I hotkey stuff that isn't a throwable, melee, or mine?
Read the whole description.
More hotkeys?
Probably not.
Backup list for each hotkey if a throwable or such runs out?
Maybe. Not sure if I want to.
Change the equip speed boost?
I may make variable levels of speed boost that you can select in the config ini. I might not.
Why do this instead of using the regular hotkeys?
Cause I wanted a disparate set that didn't get used by ATTT Redux, and I wanted the extra re-equip previous and equip speed boost features.
