This mod adds a simple way to help the NCR retake the NCRCF Prison in the quest "I Fought the Law" without having to work for the Powder Gangers first. Using the simplest method possible while still feeling natural, the mod uses only existing vanilla forms and doesn't add any new notes, scripts or dialogue topics.
The purpose of the mod is to enhance roleplaying since some characters might want to help the NCR deal with the convicts without stooping so low as to do their dirty work first.
Now the player can also ask Lt. Hayes to help make the attack if one of these conditions are met: if they have convinced the NCR to take Primm under their protection or if they simply have a reputation of Accepted or better with the NCR.
To save yourself a plugin slot for such a tiny mod, just copy this into your merged patch in xEdit. The benefit of this mod not adding any new records is that you can merge this without requiring this plugin as a master file.
