I've also made Vault Girl versions of other various HUD elements! You can find those here:

Unfortunately, I don't know how to reposition the limbs on the paperdoll that appears on-screen when you receive an injury in real-time. I assume their XY positions are stored in an XML file somewhere. If you know which one, please let me know so I can fix it!
